The CSC 10HP Turn-Key Power Pack takes the larger 210cc GX200-style engine and turns it into a complete, ready-to-install power package specifically prepared for Cyclekart applications.

Rather than supplying a standard engine straight from the box, each Power Pack is assembled to order in Australia by Cyclekart Supply Co. The engine is fitted with the CSC intake and exhaust system, external fuel pump, upgraded ignition components and remote-start wiring before being set up, test run and inspected prior to dispatch.

The result is a properly prepared engine package that takes much of the sourcing, modification and setup work out of powering your Cyclekart.

Every CSC Turn-Key Power Pack is individually assembled and prepared to order, rather than being pulled from a shelf as a pre-packaged engine.

This allows CSC to complete the modifications, install the selected components, set up the engine and carry out a test run and final inspection specifically for your order.

Please allow approximately 10–14 days from order placement for assembly, preparation and testing prior to dispatch.

That preparation time is part of what makes the Turn-Key Power Pack different from purchasing a standard GX200-style engine — it arrives with the major Cyclekart-specific engine work already completed.

Designed for Cyclekarts

The CSC Turn-Key Power Pack has been developed around the requirements of a typical Cyclekart installation, with particular attention given to the modifications that builders would otherwise need to source and complete themselves.

The extended electric-start loom allows the ignition switch to be positioned within the cockpit, while the upgraded intake, exhaust, fuel system and carburettor setup provide a complete starting point for a Cyclekart powertrain.

Simply complete your installation, add fuel and you're ready to bring your Cyclekart to life.

Assembled in Australia by Cyclekart Supply Co. using Australian and imported components.
